Opening any page on hardrx.us places you under these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. The three documents form a single agreement. Anyone unwilling to accept them should close the site rather than continue. We may revise this page; the date recorded at the top marks the most recent change, and continued use afterwards signals acceptance of the revised version.

2. Who may use it

The site is intended for adults aged 18 or older located in the United States. Anyone younger must not use it or attempt to order through it. By continuing you confirm you meet both conditions and that anything you tell us about yourself is truthful and current.

3. Our position in the transaction

hardrx.us publishes information and refers readers onward. We do not manufacture the product, we do not employ the reviewing physicians, and we do not dispense medication. Purchases complete on a merchant's own secure checkout, and from that point the merchant's contract governs the sale, the clinical review, dispensing, billing, shipping and aftercare. Read their terms before you buy. No payment details, prescription records or clinical information ever pass through this website.

4. Affiliate disclosure

We take part in an affiliate arrangement. If you follow a link from this site and go on to purchase, a commission may be paid to us. Nothing is added to your price. Because that gives us a financial stake in your decision, treat our writing as one input among several and give greater weight to a healthcare professional who knows your history.

5. Nothing here is medical advice

If a claim, demand, loss, liability or cost reaches us — reasonable legal fees included — because you breached these terms, misused the site, or infringed a law or a third party's rights, you agree to cover it.

13. Governing law

California law governs this agreement, conflict-of-law principles excluded. Proceedings arising from it belong in the state or federal courts sitting in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction over you.

14. Severability

An unenforceable clause is narrowed or removed only to the minimum degree required, and the rest remains in force. With the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, this is the complete agreement covering this site and replaces anything stated previously on the subject.
